emiljoseph.online is a growth systems consultancy providing paid media management, marketing automation and CRM setup, performance and attribution tracking, and conversion-focused web and landing page services to businesses in the UAE and GCC.

3. Our Services

We offer services including a paid Growth Audit and ongoing growth-system retainers, as described on our Services page. Any specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for an engagement will be confirmed directly with you, in writing (by email or a proposal document), before work begins.

Note on fees and payment: Detailed payment terms, accepted payment methods, and refund policies will be confirmed with you directly during onboarding for each engagement and will be added to this section in a future update of these Terms.

4. Booking and Communication

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we aim to respond within 24 hours. By submitting your mobile number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing and growth consulting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, industry conditions, and your team's execution of recommendations. While we bring significant experience and a structured methodology to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or return-on-ad-spend results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and methodology descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Emil Joseph Online LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

7. Marketing Communications

By opting in through our contact form, WhatsApp, or newsletter sign-up, you consent to receive marketing and service communications from us via email and/or WhatsApp. You can withdraw this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising Platforms Disclaimer

We use Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to promote our services, and we deploy Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager for measurement and retargeting. Use of these tools is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Meta's and Google's own respective advertising and business tools terms. This Site and our services are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.

Our Site and services rely on third-party tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Gallabox (WhatsApp), WebEngage, Looker Studio, Zapier, and n8n.
